Make a decision

First of all, i would like to wish my good friend out there, eve pek jia rong, Happy 22nd Birthday! Hope the past year has been extremely memorable and you have achieved what you set out for! May the next year be even better! (I know you graduated with good results, time to make big money!) Let me know what you want as your birthday present yeah?

Now, back to this post, i’m sure everyone out there has reached a point in time whereby they are unsure of certain things, decision they have to make which could change their lives drastically in the future. Running away nor pushing away these decision would do nothing to elevate the problem. Look deep down inside and ask yourself what you really want. You want to be safe and life goes on the way it does, or do you want to open up a new world of opportunities where there are no boundaries nor limits as to what could transpire?

Life is all about taking risks, but most importantly, knowing which risks to take, so that you would live without regrets; regrets about having done something, or regrets about not having done something. I dunno about you all but my motto in life is "live without regrets". To me, life is too short to be wasted dwelling on your regrets, time to take action and climb the next mountain. Don’t pity yourself as nothing will be produced from your misery.

If you have a decision to make, stop, think, and make that decision. It’s time to stop your procastination and take affirmative action so that you can move on. It’s never your decision alone, those around you are always affected by your choice. Don’t be afraid of what others may think of the choice you make, sure it’ll take some time for people to get used to the new situation, but ultimately, the decision should be made to make yourself comfortable, not make other people comfortable.

Remember, the power is yours. (captain planet, 1996*)
